Job Placement and Internship Recruiter

We are looking to hire a dedicated Recruiter for our in-house Job/Internship Placement division within a community-based organization focused on post-high school students.

Recruiter Responsibilities

• Connect and match Employers with Job/Internship seekers
• Recruit and develop relationships with quality Employers
• Interview and assess job and career seekers
• Lead the design and maintenance of new division website
• Lead the design and management of ATS/CRM database
• Post jobs and manage online marketing campaigns

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

Recruiter Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• The ability to design and implement employer and employee recruiting strategies.
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews
• A dynamic and entrepreneurial personality
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM databases, and/or other recruiting softwares and websites
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of professionalism and ability to build positive relationships
• A genuine interest in making a positive difference for the youth of our community
