IAJFNY is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting various causes in Israel and locally, including education, health, social issues, IDF programming, and assistance for victims of terror. We aim to make a tangible difference in our communities, and we're looking for individuals who share our passion for positive change.

We're seeking a motivated and organized Administrator with experience in Non-Profit organization to join our team. This role is crucial for smooth office operations and involves a diverse range of responsibilities, from administrative tasks and promotion to communication and social media management. The ideal candidate will also support accounting activities and play an active role in event planning and fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilitties:

  • Oversee daily office management and administrative duties.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, including social media and communication.
  • Assist with accounting processes and financial record-keeping.
  • Contribute to event organization, execution, and fundraising efforts.
  • Prepare and present reports to the committee and board of directors.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with DonorPerfect or similar donor management software is a plus.
  • Experience with the WIX platform or similar collaboration tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
