Position
Golda Och Academy is accepting applications for an Upper School mathematics teacher to teach a range of middle and high school courses for the 2024-25 school year.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in teaching middle and high school classes, the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, and a desire to be part of an independent school community. Candidates should have experience integrating technology in the classroom and the ability to differentiate instruction to work with a range of learners effectively.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience preferred
- M.A. and/or certification preferred
- Citizenship, residency, or work VISA in the United States required
- Ability and willingness to work with students in various group settings using multiple teaching methods
- Strong classroom management skills
- Commitment to meaningful collaboration with colleagues
