Position overview:
We are looking for a Fulfillment- Technical Lead to work out of our Rockville Centre, NY Office. This is a full-time position that reports into the Manager of Fulfillment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Generation of certificates and receipts.
- Upload and download batches, plaques, and wood frame orders utilizing vendor portals.
- Accommodate special handling requests.
- Ensure cases and batches are cleared for the day.
- Generate material and products for mailings and campaigns.
- Salesforce batch administration functions (creating new product profiles in SF, changing information such as price and text, etc.).
- Template Modification – updating fields, modifying static text, creating new templates.
- Inventory Management of Certificates, Envelopes, and Letterhead.
- Handling returned/undeliverable products.
- Maintenance and cleaning of all fulfillment printers and management of related supplies.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products, especially Word and Excel.
- Understand FedEx and USPS levels of service and how they apply to product delivery.
- Interact with JNF Centers of Excellence, regional and national offices.
- Use Salesforce for researching product and donor information, including generating reports.
- Good understanding of spelling and punctuation for the editing of certificates and performing quality control.
- Donor correspondence.
- Keep track of when printer supplies and need to be ordered.
- Extensive interaction with shipping, warehouse, and call center.
- Special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must have excellent PC and typing skills, particularly in data entry, with a focus on customer service.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work independently.
