Role Overview 

The Content Production and Creator Experiences Manager is a key member of our team responsible for guiding creator and community experiences that bring Israel to life for young, non-denominational Christian audiences. This position blends creative production, storytelling instinct and event management—supporting creators in producing content after their immersive trips to Israel, while also planning and executing meaningful in-person gatherings such as creator retreats and learning groups.

The Manager will work closely with senior leadership and creative partners to ensure projects move seamlessly from concept to completion, and that our content and events deepen the mission and impact of BZ Media. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager and natural people-person who thrives in a creative, mission-driven environment and is passionate about storytelling, logistics, and community building.

The Content Production and Creator Experiences Manager is a key member of the team and specifically responsible for:

Content Production & Creator Collaboration

  • Partner with creators following their trips to Israel to conceptualize, plan, and produce impactful media content.

  • Lead the production process from start to finish, including storyboarding, scripting, scheduling, and post-production coordination.

  • Serve as project manager to keep production timelines on track, ensure deliverables meet organizational standards, and move projects toward completion.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and the organization’s mission.

  • Utilize engagement metrics to inform content strategy and future production planning.

Experience Planning & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute creator retreats, workshops, and learning groups that strengthen community and deepen engagement.

  • Project manage event logistics including venue selection, travel arrangements, schedules, and on-site production needs.

  • Work cross-functionally to align programming and events with larger organizational goals and campaigns.

  • Develop creative and educational programming for in-person gatherings that reinforce our mission and storytelling initiatives.

Immersive Creator Missions to Israel

  • Staff and support immersive creator missions to Israel, serving as a key member of the on-the-ground team as necessary.

  • Coordinate logistics, support creators during travel, and facilitate content development during and after the trip.

  • Serve as a bridge between creators, educators, and organizational leadership to ensure a high-quality experience and impactful storytelling outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in content production, media and communications, creator partnerships, or related fields.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; an outgoing collaborator who builds trust easily and helps create a positive, engaging atmosphere for both creators and internal teams.

  • Demonstrated experience working with digital creators, influencers, or content production teams.

  • Strong organizational, logistical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Passion for Israel, storytelling, and engaging young Christian audiences.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including to Israel, as needed.

Working Conditions

The is a full-time remote position based in the United States with flexible hours, but may require occasional travel for organizational meetings or events. Domestic travel expenses to meetings and events will be covered by the organization as will travel expenses for organizationally mandated travel outside of the United States. The team member will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues, partners and stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
