Description

9th grade teacher wanted on Tuesday evenings! The class is called Cooking Through Jewish History and will meet once a week on Tuesdays from 6:15-7:45 at Temple Ohabei Shalom, a Reform synagogue in Brookline, MA. We're searching for a teacher who loves working with teens, cares about being a role model for their students, and believes that Judaism should be fun, relevant, and accessible.

This class will be taught for the first time this year, so the teacher will co-create curriculum with the Director, and will have a lot of flexibility to create something that will appeal to 9th graders. If the teacher is available to work on curriculum over the summer, even better.

Join a dynamic and innovative educational team and think differently about Jewish education. No Sunday mornings! We are located just outside of Coolidge Corner and T accessible (green C line). To apply, email Amy Deutsch, Director, with your resume: [email protected].
