About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Strategic Initiatives to drive high-impact work at a well-funded, early-stage organization operating at the intersection of nonprofit mission and venture-backed innovation, focused on combating antisemitism. The team is fully remote.
This role operates like a general manager or program owner: you are responsible for defining the strategy, setting priorities, and driving execution end to end for a focused portfolio of work — owning outcomes, not just projects. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who is comfortable taking full accountability in complex, fast-moving environments.
The Head of Strategic Initiatives translates big, ambiguous challenges into clear plans, aligns the right people and partners around those plans, and ensures work actually ships and produces real-world impact.
Focus Area
The role focuses on efforts inside the conservative media system and requires familiarity with political dynamics emerging in the online right-wing space. Strong political instincts, comfort with independent and high-stakes decisions, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup environment are a must.
What You’ll Own
Define strategy and set priorities for a focused portfolio of high-impact initiatives
Drive execution end to end — from ambiguous challenge to shipped outcome
Translate complex, open-ended problems into clear, actionable plans
Align internal team members, external partners, vendors, and subcontractors around shared goals
Navigate the conservative media system and online right-wing political landscape with nuance
Make independent, high-stakes decisions and take full accountability for results
What We’re Looking For
Senior operator with a track record of owning outcomes, not just running projects
Familiarity with the conservative media system and political dynamics in the online right-wing space
Strong political instincts and sound judgment in sensitive, high-stakes contexts
Comfort with ambiguity and a proven ability to translate it into clear plans
Hands-on, self-starter mentality — you move quickly without losing rigor
Thrives in a fast-moving, startup environment with a high degree of autonomy
Passion for combating antisemitism and working meaningfully in the Jewish/Israel space
Why This Role
This is a great fit for someone who wants to do meaningful work in the Jewish/Israel space without sacrificing compensation or scale. You’ll join a well-funded, early-stage organization at a formative moment — with real ownership, real resources, and the opportunity to make an outsized impact.
Next StepsWe can’t share too much publicly up front, but if you’re open to learning more, we’d love to set up a quick call to align on background. From there, we’ll connect you with their team who can walk you through the confidential details of the role and organization.
