Position Overview
We're hiring a Digital Media Manager to run BZ Media's digital presence end-to-end. You'll own the platforms, the publishing cadence, the community, and the data; turning every piece of content we produce into a moment that reaches, resonates, and recruits new audiences into the story we're telling.
You'll report to the Creative Director and partner closely with the Executive Producer to bridge the gap between production and distribution. If you've ever watched a great piece of content underperform because no one knew how to launch it, this role exists so that doesn't happen at BZ Media.
This is a hands-on operator role. You'll be inside the platforms every day; publishing, optimizing, responding, testing, learning. You set the tempo of our publishing schedule and the tone of our community.
Who You Are
You're a builder. A blank content calendar looks like a canvas to you, not a chore. You know what makes a TikTok hook land in the first 1.5 seconds, why a YouTube thumbnail wins or dies, and how a single caption can change a post's trajectory.
You're a craftsman about consistency. You publish on time, every time. Your calendars are clean, your captions are tight, and you don't miss the small things — because you know they compound.
You're a student of the algorithm. You read performance data the way other people read the news: daily, hungrily, looking for the next signal. You run A/B tests not because someone asked, but because you can't help yourself.
You believe in the mission. Telling the story of Israel to young Christians isn't just a job description to you. It's a reason to show up.
What You’ll Do
Own the Channels

Run BZ Media's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

Publish daily. Maintain a content calendar that stays in lockstep with production timelines.

Write captions, choose thumbnails, schedule posts, and ensure nothing slips.

Be the voice in the DMs and comments — warm, on-brand, and fast.
Distribute With Intent

Translate the Creative Director's distribution strategy into platform-specific execution.

Package every asset for the platform it lives on — format, length, hook, copy, post time.

Partner with the Executive Producer to ensure content is delivered distribution-ready, not distribution-broken.

Launch and roll out campaigns tied to archeology, scripture, creators, and immersive experiences.
Grow the Audience

Build the followership and engagement that turns BZ Media into a community, not just a channel.

Spot trends, sounds, and formats early. Test what works. Cut what doesn't.

Show up in the comments. Make our audience feel seen.
Measure What Matters

Track performance across every platform and own a weekly reporting rhythm.

Monitor the KPIs that move the business — reach, retention, growth, engagement rate, conversion.

Turn data into a story the team can act on, not a dashboard no one reads.

Run continuous A/B tests on hooks, captions, formats, and post timing to sharpen the playbook.
Support Campaigns & Paid Media

Execute boosts and paid amplification tied to our biggest content moments.

Coordinate timelines and assets so campaigns ship on schedule.

Support targeting and optimization so paid spend actually pays off.
Collaborate Across the Team

Align with the Creative Director on strategy, priorities, and performance.

Partner with the Executive Producer on production-to-publishing flow.

Plug into the broader content team early enough to shape what gets made — not just how it gets posted.

Be the voice in the room asking, "How does this play in a feed?"
Amplify Creators & Experiences

Distribute and amplify creator-led content across our channels.

Bring the magic of our immersive experiences back to digital so audiences who weren't there feel like they were.

Maintain consistent storytelling across every platform and touchpoint.
Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in digital media strategy, performance marketing, or growth marketing
-
Proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel digital campaigns

Strong knowledge of platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights, dashboards)

Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in mission-driven or faith-based media organizations

Background in video production, creator ecosystems, or digital publishing

Experience working with influencers or content creators at scale

Familiarity with event-based storytelling and experiential media

Working Conditions

Compensation
BZ Media offers a competitive compensation package designed to recognize and reward experience, performance, and impact. The salary for this role ranges from $55K - $75K, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to base pay, employees receive generous paid time off, including vacation days, sick leave, and recognized holidays.
