We are currently seeking a full-time middle/high school Limmudei Kodesh/Judaic Studies teacher (Morot/Rebbeim) for the 2026-27 academic year.
Bachelor’s degree: education or a related field; advanced degree(s) preferable, not required
Strong knowledge: familiarity with Chumash, Navi, Halacha, & if applicable, Gemara/Talmud
Ability: to lead Tefillah and Jewish informal programming
Proficient knowledge: of Hebrew
Understanding: of child development, varied learning styles, and effective strategies for dealing with such differences
Commitment: to professional development.
Qualities: Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor
Skills: Well-developed, effective classroom management skills
Organization skills: Strong
Communication skills: Excellent - verbal and written
Collaboration: Works well in a collaborative model with other administrators, teachers and parents
Experience: with integrating technology into the classroom
Ability: to engage and inspire students, parents, and families
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Reports to: Director of Judaics; Middle/High School Principal
