Position Summary

IAJF seeks a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator for a part-time role supporting its digital marketing and communications.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in branding, social media management, strong graphic design skills, and a passion for storytelling and Jewish communal life.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IAJF’s branding strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and visual language across platforms;
  • Create and manage a communications calendar for social media and email campaigns.
  • Manage IAJF’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube), creating engaging content aligned with the organization’s mission and brand;
  • Regularly update IAJF’s website in accordance with the organization’s branding plan;
  • Create inspiring email newsletters and digital announcements;
  • Track engagement metrics and provide performance reports with insights and recommendations.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Coordinator will assist with other organizational tasks as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools
  • Experience with website platforms 
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative and multitask independently
  • Passion for Jewish communal life and alignment with IAJF’s mission

 

Work Schedule: Part-time (25 hours/week)
