Description

The Marketing Associate drives UJA-JCC Greenwich’s strategic marketing, media, and communications efforts, aligning all messaging with the organization’s mission and priorities. This in person role builds awareness of UJA-JCC Greenwich, its programs, and community impact, engaging donors, partners, and the public, while strengthening the organization’s brand and visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that supports UJA-JCC Greenwich’s goals.
  • Manage brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring clarity and integrity of message, imagery, and tone.
  • Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for the website, social media, email, and campaign materials.
  • Partner with the Chief Development Officer and senior staff on fundraising communications and donor appeals.
  • Implement targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns with audience segmentation and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee updates, analytics, and maintenance of the UJA-JCC Greenwich website and social media platforms.
  • Grow and engage social media audiences through effective content calendars, data analysis, and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with program staff to create marketing materials that maximize reach and participation.
  • Curate and manage photography and video assets for ongoing use.
  • Stay current with marketing and communications best practices, tools, and technologies; identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Participate in professional development networks such as the JFNA marketing community.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
  • Proficiency with Canva; familiarity with WordPress, Blackbaud, or Raiser’s Edge a plus.
  • Experience with drafting email marketing and social media content creation.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development (reels, etc.) skills across platforms.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and resourceful team player.
Salary70,000.00 - 80,000.00 Annual
