Part-time Professional Fund Raiser

Experience in:

• Direct solicitations
• Organizing fundraising events
• Donor development: identifying new donors and increasing gifts of existing donors
• Follow up with current donors and prospects
• Marketing and outreach

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising or a related field, with a demonstrated ability in direct solicitations and event organization. You should be comfortable working independently from a home office environment.

The territory is Southern California. A great candidate should have familiarity with the SoCal philanthropic landscape, including LA, San Diego, and Irvine, and already having a strong existing network is a significant plus.

For several years, American Friends of Herzog Hospital has been active in the area and has organized events and created a limited network of donors. We are hoping that you can help us grow this network.
