Temple Emunah, a vibrant Conservative synagogue located in Lexington, Massachusetts, seeks an innovative, organized, and dynamic individual to join its education team. This full-time position emphasizes elementary and teen engagement as well as experiential education, providing the opportunity to work within a supportive, collaborative, and creative environment. Core Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Education team.
• Develop, foster, and sustain meaningful relationships.
• Teach in Religious School (kindergarten through seventh grade) and YAD (eighth through twelfth grade).
• Develop programming and serve as staff for Shul-Ins, Retreats, and trips.
• Plan, staff, and support USY Gesher (Jr USY Chapter) for children in grades 6 - 8.

Employment Type

This is a full-time, entry-level position that reports to the Director of Congregational Learning. It requires regular evening and weekend work, including some Shabbatot and Jewish holidays, throughout the academic year.
