As Congregation Adat Reyim's Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Duties include sorting mail, accepting packages, greeting visitors including preschoolers and parents. Additional duties as described below.
Professional requirements - Microsoft Office experience, professional attitude and appearance, solid written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, multi tasking and time management. Some knowledge of accounting procedures - Accounts Receivable, knowledge of ShulCloud and Kesef a plus. Responsible for updating website, and serve as contact with members and respond to internal and external inquries.
Maintain a safe environment for preschool students and staff. We are a secure facility.
Management of member accounts, help with invoicing, using electronic check scanner, process deposit of checks and reconcile credit card statements.
Collaborate with Memberhsip Committee to facilitiate and welcome new members. Work with Board of Director officers as needed.
Order supplies for office and building - including office supplies, preschool and religious school supplies.
This position is foward facing position with our members and public. Hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday - Thursday; 9 am to 3 pm -Friday
