Lost Tribe is seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Game Producer to help lead the development of interactive digital experiences across platforms such as Fortnite/UEFN, Minecraft, and potentially Roblox and other emerging game ecosystems. This role will serve as the production lead for Lost Tribe’s game development work, with an initial focus on UEFN projects including MetaCamps, Jewish and Israel-themed educational experiences, and other partner-funded builds. The Game Producer will manage internal developers, outside contractors, timelines, creative direction, and day-to-day production workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality. The ideal candidate is both a strong operator and a creative thought partner — someone who can keep multiple projects moving at once while also helping Lost Tribe explore what is next in digital Jewish engagement, interactive education, online community, and game-based experiences.

Experience producing, managing, or coordinating game development projects, interactive media projects, digital experiences, or similar creative/technical work.

Strong understanding of game development workflows, including design, art, development, QA, playtesting, launch, and iteration. ? Familiarity with Fortnite Creative, UEFN, Unreal Engine, Minecraft, Roblox, or similar game creation platforms.

Experience with UEFN, Unreal Engine, Roblox Studio, Minecraft server/community development, or other game development tools.

Background in game design, level design, creative production, education technology, youth programming, or digital media.

Familiarity with tools such as Trello, Notion, Jira, Asana, Miro, Figma, Discord, GitHub, Google Workspace, or similar production/collaboration platforms.

Experience creating or managing game trailers, screenshots, walkthrough videos, or promotional materials.

Understanding of and experience with organizations utilizing Jewish education, camps, teen engagement, Israel education, or informal learning environments.
