Hybrid Position | Miami & South Florida
OnlyTitiKnows is seeking a reliable, creative, and people-facing professional to join a growing cultural company producing art and design experiences across Miami and South Florida — including curated tours, workshops, lectures, and special cultural events.
This role is ideal for an artist, performer, designer, creative professional, or a student in these fields who is looking for steady part-time income while being involved in meaningful, creative, and people-centered work.
This is a hybrid role: When experiences or events take place — the role is on-site and fully front-facing. When there are no scheduled events — work is done remotely, supporting preparation, coordination, and ongoing projects.
OnlyTitiKnows creates curated experiences at the intersection of art, design, culture, and storytelling.
The company works with artists, creative spaces, and cultural partners to produce thoughtful, well-structured experiences for small groups and private audiences.
The company is in an active growth phase and is building a long-term presence in the cultural and creative experience space.
Leading art and design experiences, including tours, workshops, and cultural events
Standing confidently in front of groups and guiding participants through curated experiences
Delivering prepared content in a clear, engaging, and culturally informed way
Managing group flow, timing, and overall experience
Representing the company professionally, warmly, and responsibly
Acting as the main point of contact during events and experiences
Assisting with preparation and coordination of upcoming experiences
Supporting creative and operational tasks as needed
Independently managing assigned tasks and following through to completion
Part-time, variable hours, based on scheduled experiences and events
Compensation: Starting at $35/hour, with potential tips and bonuses based on projects and performance.
Work hours are not fixed and depend on weekly programming and demand
Thursday or Friday mornings for tours and experiences
Occasional Saturday daytime experiences
Occasional evening events, depending on projects and collaborations
Typical scheduling includes:
Some weeks may include multiple on-site experiences, while other weeks may include no on-site events, with work focused on remote preparation and support.
Flexibility and availability are essential, as scheduling varies from week to week.
Native-level English
U.S. citizenship or valid U.S. work authorization
Background in art, design, theater, performance, or a related creative field
Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading experiences
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly reliable, service-oriented, and detail-focused
Independent, proactive, and execution-driven (follows through without being chased)
Creative problem-solver with initiative
Independent transportation and ability to move freely across South Florida
Existing connections in the art, design, or cultural scene
Background in graphic design
Experience with Google Ads or paid digital campaigns
