Member & Donor Care Manager (Full-Time)

For over 100 years, NA’AMAT USA has connected American women to a shared mission of advancing the lives of women, children, and families in Israel. Through education, advocacy, community engagement, and philanthropy, we strengthen a century-old movement of Zionist feminism in action.
We are expanding our national team and seeking a warm, organized, relationship-oriented Member & Donor Care Manager to serve as the welcoming “front door” of the organization.
Position Overview
The Member & Donor Care Manager is the primary point of contact for members, donors, and supporters nationwide. You will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice who answers questions, helps people navigate our community, and ensures every interaction feels personal and cared for.
You’ll bring warmth and professionalism to daily conversations, capture important details in our CRM, and make sure the right staff have the information they need to support members and donors well.
This is a full-time, people-centered role ideal for someone who loves connecting with others and excels at creating positive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Member & Donor Support
- Serve as the main point of contact for calls and general inbox messages.
- Assist members and donors with renewals, tribute questions, event support, and general inquiries.
- Provide a welcoming and reassuring presence.
Relationship Tracking & CRM Updates
- Record the context behind conversations and interactions in our CRM.
- Add tags, flags, and task assignments so the right staff can follow up.
- Notice emerging needs or patterns and surface them to staff.
- Make simple updates to contact information and relationship links.
Information Flow
- Provide chapters with basic guidance and help connect members to local or regional opportunities.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate staff quickly and accurately.
Light Administrative Support
- Log call notes and apply simple tags in the CRM.
- Maintain a shared “knowledge library” of common questions and answers.
- Route mail and messages to the right staff member.

- Ability to route inquiries quickly and accurately across a remote team
- Professionalism, discretion, and maturity in handling sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications & Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Psychology, Nonprofit Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in donor relations, member care, customer success, or other relational roles in mission-driven environments
- Experience within a Jewish, Israel-focused, or women-centered organization
- Experience supporting distributed chapters or multi-site teams
- Demonstrated success working fully remotely
