The Bible Players are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-loving Outreach & Sales Coordinator to work with us as an independent contractor. We bring Jewish values and improv comedy together (Mitzprov) to create engaging and meaningful programs for synagogues, schools, camps, and communities across the country.
The Bible Players is the world’s only interactive, educational Jewish comedy troupe! Our motto is “We are improv’ing Jewish lives” with humorous stories and S.E.L.-based improvisation activities.
If you love connecting with people, care about Jewish education and you're excited to help bring laughter and learning to communities nationwide — we’d love to meet you!
About the Role
You’ll be the key point-person for outreach, booking, and client relationship management. You’ll reach out to new Jewish organizations and reconnect with past partners to schedule performances, workshops, and artist-in-residence weekends with The Bible Players.
This role is flexible, remote, and designed for someone who thrives on relationship-building, organization, and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to synagogues, schools, and camps to promote The Bible Players’ programs
- Book shows and workshops by email, phone, and networking.
- Maintain and update contacts using HubSpot CRM
- Follow up with past clients and strengthen long-term relationships
- Collaborate with co-founders (Andrew & Aaron) on outreach and marketing strategies
- Suggest creative ways to expand our reach and impact
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-identifies as Jewish and is comfortable in Jewish educational spaces
- Confident and friendly in outreach, email, and phone conversations
- Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage follow-ups and deadlines
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot (or willingness to learn)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
As our Lead Marketer & Outreach Coordinator, you’ll take the lead on outreach, booking, and CRM management. You'll work independently (but collaboratively with us!) to build new relationships and nurture existing ones. This is a flexible contractor role with room to grow based on success and interest.
