What You’ll Do 

Join our Anshe Emet Joseph & Belle Braun Religious School Leadership Team to support our Director of Education, teachers and all students thrive at Anshe Emet. Leadership Team members have flexibility in how they structure their Sunday responsibilities. All team members work very closely with our Director of Education to continue school improvements annually.   

We are currently hiring for multiple Religious School Leadership Team positions: 

Inclusion Specialist: Support students with special needs. Must have experience working with children with diverse needs.  

  • Partner with teachers to support students with diverse learning needs  
  • Develop classroom accommodations and behavioral strategies  
  • Communicate with parents as needed 

Hebrew Specialist: Manage Hebrew education in our 3rd – 7th grades.  

  • Support Hebrew curriculum implementation  
  • Create Hebrew small groups for 3rd – 7th grades 
  • Coach teachers and monitor student progress  
  • Help develop assessments and learning goals 

Madrichim Coordinator: Work with teens who are in classrooms to support the teachers and students.  

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor teen madrichim  
  • Coordinate classroom placements  
  • Track attendance  
  • Send weekly email to madrichim and additional communications as needed 
  • Teach high school classes as assigned 

 

Responsibilities  

  • Attend Religious School on Sundays 
  • Starting date: Sunday, October 18, 2026 
  • Last day: Sunday, May 23, 2027 
  • Arrive at 8:15am 
  • Leave by 1pm 
  • Communicate with Director of Education weekly as well as, staff and others when necessary 
  • Execute priorities as discussed with Director of Education 
  • Opportunity to work on Thursday afternoons and Monday afternoons 

 

Qualifications 

  • Experience working in Jewish education, youth engagement, teaching, or a related field  
  • Strong communication and organizational skills  
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families  
  • Knowledge of Conservative Judaism and Hebrew education preferred (for relevant roles) 

 

Stipend 

You will be paid a stipend for the school year.   

Stipend: $3,200 - $5,000 depending on position and experience.
