At TBS, we believe Jewish learning should be joyful, meaningful, hands-on, and memorable. We are looking for educators who bring warmth, energy, creativity, professionalism, strong classroom presence, and developmentally appropriate classroom management to their teaching. Our ideal candidates care about creating lessons that are engaging, interactive, and meaningful for students.
Our teachers work closely with the Director of Education and collaborate as part of a professional, supportive teaching team to create a vibrant Jewish learning community for students in grades K–7.
Previous teaching experience is preferred, but passion, initiative, and a genuine love of working with children matter most. We provide curriculum goals, materials, training, guidance, and support to help our teachers succeed.
College students, graduate students, and early career educators are encouraged to apply.
Competitive hourly pay ($60–$75+) based on experience, qualifications and demonstrated teaching ability.
