The Role

imadi is seeking an Experience Director to lead the design and delivery of extraordinary experiences for children with life-changing medical conditions and their families. This role is for a builder—an individual who transforms vision into reality, upholds high standards, and believes that meaningful experiences can change lives.

The Experience Director oversees year-round client programming, hospital engagement, fundraising events, and imadi’s flagship overnight summer camp. This individual serves as both architect and conductor—designing experiences that feel magical to participants while ensuring operational soundness behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and evaluate Imadi programs aligned with mission and strategic goals.
  • Lead planning and execution of the overnight summer camp.
  • Develop and oversee hospital-based programming.
  • Manage event logistics, staffing, and program budgets.
  • Build community partnerships and represent Imadi externally.
