Overview: Executive Arm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Non-Profit Accounts Manager to work for a nonprofit outsourcing firm. The role would include supporting nonprofits in administrative, bookkeeping, website management, and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of non-profit operations, excellent communication skills, proficiency in relevant software, and familiarity with Judaism and its practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, emails, phone system, and calendar management.
  2. Bookkeeping Support:
    • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions and maintaining financial records.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  3. Website Support:
    • Maintain and update the organization's website, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
  4. Flyer Creation and Promotional Materials:
    • Design and create promotional materials using canva, including flyers and brochures. Ensuring brand consistency across all promotional materials.
  5. CRM and Database Management:
    • Utilizing non-profit CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect, Bloomerang) for donor management, data entry, and report generation.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor information and communication records.
    • Generate weekly thank you letters.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, website management, and/or marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in non-profit CRMs such as Salesforce, DonorPerfect, Bloomerang (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Shulcloud website platform (a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Sensitivity and understanding of Orthodox Jewish practices and principles.

This position is part-time and remote, offering flexible set hours and the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause within the nonprofit sector. The compensation for this position is commensurate with experience.
