Temple Isaiah is seeking early childhood professionals to join our team! The school serves children ages 18 months to five years.
We are a play and inquiry-based ECC offering rich learning experiences rooted in Jewish values. Our warm and caring school provides a well-rounded curriculum in a facility that supports learning and growth and values its staff.
SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday 8:15 am -3:15 pm
HOURLY TEACHER: $19 - $28, BOE and Education
Expectations:
To work as part of a team to help lead teachers implement engaging and innovative age-appropriate curriculum.
To work professionally and cooperatively with families and other early childhood professionals and remain an integral part of our early childhood community for years to come.
Create Monthly Calendar and weekly newsletter with the team.
Experience working with 18 month - 5 year old children.

Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student engagement and participation
Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a safe and organized learning environment
Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians on a regular basis
Not necessary: To have knowledge of Jewish holidays, traditions and Shabbat is preferred but not necessary if comfortable and eager to learn.
Required vaccines: MMR, TDAP/Pertussis, TB test
Education/Experience:
Candidates for preschool teacher must have their 12 ECE units awarded to be a fully credentialed ECE teacher.
Previous experience working with preschool-aged students, preferably in an educational setting
Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
Proficient in classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and discipline
