Clinical Social Worker (Grief, Illness & Caregiving Support)
Sid Jacobson JCC is a large, community-based nonprofit serving a diverse population through social services, wellness, and educational programming. Our Social Services team provides direct, practical support to individuals and families navigating illness, caregiving, grief, and major life transitions within a community-centered, relationship-driven environment. This is a place where the work is immediate and meaningful. The Role
This is a hands-on, direct service role focused on delivering and supporting established programs, while helping to strengthen them over time. The Clinical Social Worker will facilitate groups, provide short-term support, and ensure participants are connected to the right resources. This role works closely with the Director and is expected to execute consistently, stay organized, and follow through. This role is best suited for someone who has foundational experience and is ready to take on more ownership in a supported environment. Most programs and groups take place in the evenings, so this role requires consistent evening availability as a core part of the schedule.
