The Shira Teacher leads music sessions in our religious school, building Jewish musical literacy and bringing energy to our Sunday programming. Sessions run on alternating Sundays, about 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, in person at the temple. The teacher leads short 20-minute sessions, rotating through the grades, Pre-K through 7.The vision is a class that feels like a mini tisch: a table, some learning, and music. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves Zmirot, Niggunim, and more. Instruments are a bonus.Compensation: $100–125 per session.
