Lead Teacher & Assistant Teacher Positions – Beit Blumi Jewish Early Childhood Center (2026–2027 School Year)
Beit Blumi Jewish Early Childhood Center is growing and looking for passionate educators to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We are currently hiring for both a Lead Preschool Teacher and an Assistant Teacher.
Beit Blumi is a boutique Jewish early childhood center where childhood is honored and learning is rooted in play, curiosity, relationships, and community. Our classrooms are joyful, creative environments inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, where teachers collaborate to help children explore, question, imagine, and grow.

Lead Preschool Teacher
We are seeking an experienced Lead Teacher who will guide and inspire young learners in a nurturing, child-centered classroom.
Qualifications
• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an early childhood classroom
• Strong classroom organization and leadership skills
• Interest in or familiarity with the Reggio Emilia philosophy
• Interest in or familiarity with Conscious Discipline
• Appreciation for Jewish values, traditions, and holidays
• Passion for play-based, child-led learning
Assistant Teacher
We are also seeking a warm and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support our classrooms and grow within the field of early childhood education. This role has the potential to develop into a Lead Teacher position for the right candidate.
Qualifications
• Experience working with young children
• Completion of 45 DCF hours, CDA, or a degree in Early Childhood or related field preferred
• Kind, patient, nurturing, and collaborative
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Basic Judaic knowledge helpful
• Familiarity with Conscious Discipline and the Reggio Emilia approach a plus
