Position Summary

Ramah Berkshires is seeking responsible and engaging Bunk Counselors to live with and support campers throughout the summer.  Counselors (Madrichim) play a central role in shaping each camper’s experience through mentorship, supervision, and daily engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for campers throughout the day and evening
• Support daily routines and social development
• Lead activities, games, and informal programming
• Ensure camper safety and well-being
• Serve as a positive role model

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or teens preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to live on-site for the full summer
• Team-oriented and adaptable
