A successful young non-profit arts organization seeks a creative, strategic, driven, fun, culture-loving professional with current marketing and digital media expertise. 

About JArts 

Founded in 2016, JArtsTM brings people together to explore and celebrate the diverse world of Jewish art, culture, and creative expression. Through programs throughout the year and across Greater Boston and online, we connect thousands of people annually through art and culture. We pride ourselves on a haimish (warm) vibe in the office and at events and seek a Digital Marketing Specialist who can expand our reach while retaining this tone. 

The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the JArts Communications and Marketing Director. 


  • Manage and create content for the JArts social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Spotify, and Pinterest) while implementing JArts communications and marketing strategy, curating content, and maintaining the JArts voice. 
  • Create and implement a social media calendar. 
  • Monitor, track, and report on key metrics. 
  • Work with JArts Communications and Marketing Director on paid media campaigns. 
  • Stay up to date with digital media developments. 
  • Manage edits to JArts website. 
  • Contribute a monthly blog post to the JArts blog. 
  • Acquire all other skills necessary to support all organizational communications and marketing needs. 
  • Work with the JArts team to collect and organize events and related marketing needs. 



  • 1-3+ years of digital marketing experience. 
  • Outstanding organization skills. 
  • Highly collaborative style. 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. 

Self-starter, able to work independently, and entrepreneurial; enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives. 


  • Experience with graphic design and/or video editing. 
  • Familiarity with WordPress and MyEmma or related email marketing systems. 
  • Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Analytics. 
  • Knowledge of how to use Patron Manager and/or comparable CRM marketing systems. 


Full Time. $40,000-$50,000. Commensurate with experience.
