Torah Tots Preschool and Tamim Academy of Boca Raton are seeking experienced, energetic, and compassionate General Studies Teachers, Judaic Studies Teachers, Preschool Teachers, and Assistant Teachers to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year.
Torah Tots is the preschool of Chabad Central Boca, providing a warm, nurturing, and joyful early childhood environment rooted in Torah values and whole-child development.
Tamim Academy of Boca Raton is part of the national Tamim Academies network, dedicated to transforming Jewish elementary education across North America. Inspired by Chabad, guided by forward-thinking educators, and enriched by community, Tamim prepares students for purposeful lives by fostering a positive self-concept, a love of learning, and strong Jewish values.
Across both schools, our educators create individualized, hands-on, learner-centered classrooms where children feel known, valued, and inspired to grow. Teachers work under the direction and supervision of the Head of School. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field, or a recognized Teacher’s Seminary diploma
Minimum 2–3 years of lead classroom experience
Strong instructional design, assessment, and classroom management skills
Experience in early childhood education required
CDA, early childhood coursework, or degree preferred but not required
Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice
Prior classroom experience preferred but not required
Passion for working with children and supporting student growth
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience designing whole-child, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
Commitment to collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement
Positive, warm, and professional demeanor
Solution-oriented and proactive communicator
Commitment to Jewish life and Jewish education
Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
A positive and open attitude toward all children
