Middle/Upper School Principal
2026-2027 Academic Year

Maimonides School in Brookline, MA is a Modern Orthodox pre-school - 12th grade day school where rigorous Torah and General Studies stand side by side.  Each enriches the other, and together shape a worldview in which all learning is sacred.

In our Middle and Upper School divisions, students build toward mastery in bilingual literacy, mathematics, and the sciences; develop skills in Chumash, Navi and Gemara; and grow in their middot.  They experience living Torah through tefillah, experiential learning,  leadership opportunities, shabbatonim, and a deeply rooted sense of identification with Medinat Yisrael.  Our graduates have a strong sense of purpose, responsibility, and connection to the Jewish people.

  • Guide ruach across Middle and Upper Schools, modeling high expectations with warmth, joy, and derech eretz.

  • 5+ years in education with increasing leadership responsibility; prior divisional leadership strongly preferred
  • Experience in Jewish day schools, or closely aligned settings; comfort leading tefillah, assemblies, and public-facing moments a plus
