Be a builder of our Jewish youth community! 

Woodlands Community Temple in White Plains NY is hiring a Director of Youth Engagement starting July 1. This person has the important role of building lasting relationships with and among our young people, helping them to find a path of Jewish engagement that meets their particular interests and needs, mentoring teens to bring to fruition their own vision for youth programming, and ensuring that Woodlands welcomes teens wherever they are on their Jewish journey.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: engaging teens one on one, running our teen Academy program, overseeing our Madrichol (teen aide) program, advising our Youth Group (WoodSY), promoting Jewish summer camp (a CLASP Fellowship is an option for the right candidate), teaching in our religious school program (Kesher), and coordinating immersive experiences for 3rd-12th grades. We are looking for a collaborative, innovative individual who thrives at building relationships with teens, crafting meaningful Jewish experiences, and will be an integral part of our reform congregation.
