Lost Tribe is looking for a Social Media Manager — someone who doesn’t just live online, but understands how the internet moves.
You know when something is about to pop before it does. You understand formats, pacing, tone, and what makes people stop scrolling. You’re equal parts strategist, creator, and operator — ready to own the content engine and help drive everything forward.
This is not a back-end role.
You’ll be behind the scenes and on camera — creating, posting, reacting, and helping shape the voice and face of Lost Tribe across platforms. From POV sketches to green screen takes, street interviews, storytelling, and trend-driven content, you’ll be in it.

What You’ll Do
Own the day-to-day social execution across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms
Create content yourself — including POVs, green screens, reactions, and on-the-street style videos
Write captions, hooks, and titles that actually make people stop scrolling
Spot trends early and move fast to capitalize on them
Manage and optimize the content calendar (Monday.com, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Track performance and double down on what’s working
Collaborate with the team on brainstorms, scripts, and larger content series
Jump into filming — whether that’s holding the camera or being in front of it
Help define and evolve the voice, tone, and identity of Lost Tribe
You Are
Chronically online — in the best way possible
Deeply fluent in internet culture, trends, and formats
Comfortable on camera and willing to put yourself out there
Funny, sharp, and naturally aligned with the Lost Tribe voice
Organized enough to run the system, but creative enough to break it
Fast-moving and instinctive — you don’t overthink, you execute
Excited by the idea of building something and being part of its growth
Requirements
Experience managing or creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and/or YouTube Shorts
Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Sprout, Later, Meta Business Suite (or willingness to learn quickly)
Strong instincts for content, storytelling, and pacing
Editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) is a big plus
Ability to work flexible hours when culture calls (nights/weekends occasionally)
