Temple Ner Tamid, a thriving Conservative Jewish congregation in Peabody, Massachusetts (north of Boston), is seeking a full-time Rabbi to serve as our primary spiritual leader. We are an engaged, welcoming community committed to meaningful worship, lifelong learning, and strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will have established pulpit experience, strong interpersonal and pastoral skills, and a desire to build a long-term presence as a teacher, leader, and role model within our congregation.

Responsibilities include:

*Be an ordained Rabbi and serve as Mara d’Atra
*Provide pastoral and spiritual care to congregants of all ages
*Lead meaningful and inspiring Shabbat and Yom Tov services
*Teach adult education classes and learning opportunities
*Guide and support lay-led daily and shiva minyanim
*Perform lifecycle ceremonies (weddings, funerals, baby namings, conversions, etc.)
*Support and collaborate with the religious school
*Provide B’nai Mitzvah preparation and training
*Lain Torah and chant Haftorah as needed
*Be actively involved in the local Jewish and interfaith community
*Attend Board meetings and appropriate committee meetings
*Partner with lay leadership to strengthen congregational life
