What You'll Do

• Serve as acting CEO when needed, providing confident and collaborative leadership.
• Build and refine systems, tools, and processes that strengthen program delivery and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and empower staff at all levels through supportive, high-performance leadership.
• Ensure job roles and responsibilities are clear, aligned, and positioned for success.
• Drive organization-wide IT strategy and innovation.
• Oversee fiscal operations--including audits, financial reporting, and responsible fund management.
• Guide residential operations, compliance functions, and client serivces with care and accountability.
• Partner on strategic initiatives, moving the organization forward with purpose and momentum.
• Champion committee organization and actively participate in key meetings.
• Provide oversight for day-to-day business operations, programs, and services.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in business, human services, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant leadership experience.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and comfort navigating technology and systems.
• Exceptional leadership presence, with the ability to communicate clearly and inspire confidence.
• A track record of driving results, managing complex initiatives, and meeting stratigic deadlines.
