English and/or History Teacher

Maor High School is seeking a highly motivated English and/or History teacher for the 2026-27 school year. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Special Education and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience with teens. 

Responsibilities

• Teaching Special Education English and/or History to students with learning and developmental disabilities
• Collaborate with co-educators and parents to best meet each individual student’s educational needs 

Qualifications

• Master of Special Education (preferred)
• 3-5 years teaching experience, preferably within a special education setting
