ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
Plough Towers is a mission-driven senior living community in
Memphis, Tennessee, dedicated to safe, affordable housing for
elderly residents and persons with mobility impairments — built
on dignity, community, and care.
THE ROLE
The Executive Director leads all operations, finances, regulatory
compliance, staff, and resident relations — reporting directly to
the Board of Directors and serving as the chief administrative
officer of the organization.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
· 5+ years in administration, affordable housing, or nonprofit management
· Knowledge of HUD regulations and fair housing a plus
· Proven leadership, financial, and communication skills
