We are looking to hire a Marketing/Communications Coordinator to join our professional team.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintain and develop social media and online presence
• Community outreach to increase membership
• Publicize and promote Temple events to our membership base
• Develop new ways to promote Temple to the overall community, through a marketing plan
• Investigate fundraising opportunities to increase bottom line revenue
• Represent the Temple at community fairs and events
• Produce marketing and promotional materials
• Define and manage our brand
• Create content optimization for our website
• Conduct campaign management for marketing initiatives
• Work with Clergy and Executive Director to prioritize marketing and calendering on an ongoing basis
• Maintain and report on Engagement metrics
• Report directly to Executive Director

Skills needed
• People Skills
• Experience with social media and engagement using metrics
• A drive towards branding and innovative thinking in marketing
• Willingness to learn new things
• Team player
• Computer and software savvy for a variety of programs to increase engagement
• Knowledge of Jewish holidays and customs
