Camp Kingswood, a premier co-ed Jewish overnight waterfront camp in Maine, is hiring enthusiastic and dynamic Unit Heads (age group supervisors) for the summer 2026!

Unit Heads are the camp directors for their unit, responsible for the overall happiness and well-being of the campers and staff in their unit. In this job you will:

  • Manage a community of campers
  • Supervise staff
  • Develop unique programming
  • Create leadership opportunities

  • Have the summer of your life!

Must be 21 ears or older with prior summer camp and leadership experience. Previous work with kids or teens required. 
Salary4,500.00 - 8,000.00 Annual
