Responsibilities 

Membership

• Update/edit synagogue database as directed
• Processing synagogue mailings as they relate to membership
• Assist with membership events
• Manage forms/registrations for events & programs
• Manage parking sticker process, mailing and distribution throughout the year

High Holy Days

• Greet/assist at entrance for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services
• Assist with ticketing process including labeling and mailing
• Procure data on members that will aid development efforts
• Track and process donations including acknowledgments and form management

Communications

• E-blast production and distribution
• Creation/distribution/printing of flyers including magazine-style PDFs
• Social media posting
• Updating data lists
• Manage synagogue website updates

Executive Assistant

• Manage Executive Director’s calendar
• Coordinate meeting logistics and follow up with key players to ensure attendance

Skills:

Strong communication, scheduling, Microsoft Suite, Google suite, InDesign experience preferred, database software, event coordination, ability to multitask and work independently, detail oriented
