Job Overview

We are seeking a highly persuasive, self-motivated, and articulate Executive Outreach Specialist to conduct targeted cold calls to C-suite and senior executives. In this role, you will represent our organization, introduce our mission, and secure high-level executives as featured speakers for our upcoming programs and events.

This is an hourly, fully remote position that offers flexible hours, requiring someone who thrives working independently and is driven by phone-based outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and strategic follow-ups to corporate executives and industry leaders.
• Effectively communicate our organization's vision, value proposition, and speaker benefits to overcome gatekeepers and connect with key decision-makers.
• Pitch executive speaking opportunities, secure confirmations, and manage initial scheduling details.
• Maintain meticulous records of outreach attempts, contact details, responses, and status updates in our CRM/tracking sheets.
• Independently manage your daily call activity, pipeline, and follow-up sequences with high accountability.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and a polished, professional phone demeanor suitable for executive-level conversations.
• Resilience & Persistence: Unshakeable confidence, strong objection-handling abilities, and a proven track record of not backing down from direct outreach challenges.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational habits to log notes accurately, track multi-touch follow-up cycles, and capture key contact details without fail.
• Independence: Highly disciplined self-starter who can manage their time efficiently, stay focused on call goals, and operate with minimal supervision.
• Experience: Prior experience in cold calling, phone prospecting, executive recruiting, lead generation, or sales outreach preferred.
