Bet (Bar/Bat/B'nei) Mitzvah Tutoring 2026-2027 at EET

*Please only apply if you know how to chant Torah and Haftarah and are available to come in person on Wednesday afternoons!*

We are a Reform synagogue in Manhattan looking to hire in-person Bar/Bat Mitzvah tutors starting October 7th.

Tutoring will take place on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons from 3-6pm.

I am looking for people who know how to chant Torah and Haftarah cantillation and prayers from the siddur (Mishkan T'filah).

Location: East End Temple, 245 East 17th St. NY, NY.

$85/hr

Reading Hebrew, chanting prayers for the siddur (Mishkan T'filah), teaching Torah and Haftarah trope

Wednesday and Thursday schedule:

3pm-6pm

Salary65.00 - 85.00 Hour
