Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating and leading Shabbat and holiday services, including davening and Torah reading as needed
• Inspiring greater participation in synagogue and Jewish communal life
• Providing adult education and community-building opportunities
• Engaging congregants, identifying talents and interests, and cultivating volunteer leadership
