POSITION OVERVIEW Reporting to the Global Director of Development, the Senior Development Director is responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major and principal gift donors, with a particular focus on philanthropic investments of $100,000 and above. This role manages a portfolio of current and prospective donors, builds meaningful relationships that inspire long-term philanthropic investment, and expands Momentum's pipeline of major gift supporters. Working collaboratively with development colleagues, lay leaders, and cross-functional teams, the Senior Development Director helps advance organizational fundraising priorities through strategic donor engagement, effective stewardship, and data-informed relationship management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Major Gifts Fundraising & Donor Portfolio Management
