Director of Admissions and Marketing

The Hebrew Academy of Nassau County High School is a mission-driven, modern Orthodox, co-educational private yeshiva located in Uniondale, NY. HANC is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as Director of Admissions & Marketing. The Director of Admissions & Marketing is a member of the administrative team and is responsible for all issues relating to recruitment and admissions. 

Ideal candidates will be organized, values-driven, creative, collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. They will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact comfortably with a variety of people. Position reports directly to the Principal. Responsibilities Include

• Oversee all matters of retention, recruitment and admission of students into HANC High School
• Present HANC to prospective students and families by communicating the school’s vision, mission and values
• Read and review admissions applications, manage interview and applicant-review structures and organize family and student school tours
• Design, plan and execute the annual Open House in addition to other admissions related events 
• Create and manage admissions related marketing materials, communications, publications and statistics
• Develop a network of student ambassadors to assist in the admissions program
• Establish a rapport with local yeshiva middle schools
• Provide enrollment counseling for incoming students and families
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Menahel/Principal
• Support the school and its leadership
• Supervise 1 student Club
