Role Overview

Join Northeastern Hillel as a part-time Jewish Educator to help enrich the lives of students and shape the future of Jewish life on campus. With your infectious passion for engaging others on their Jewish journey, you will focus on connecting students with opportunities for development of their Jewish sense of self and identity. You will be a relationship builder, connecting with students where they are, from coffee on campus, Pavement, and Tattes to meeting up at the nearest husky statue. In this role, you will embrace Hillel’s pluralistic approach and serve as a Judaic role model and resource for students.

You will proactively develop relationships with students less connected to Hillel, through our Community Building Initiative. You’ll spend time getting to know what makes these students inspired and help connect them to opportunities (and create their own) that speak to their passions.
