Camp Ramah in the Berkshires is a vibrant summer camp community, where children grow in a safe, beautiful setting, surrounded by lifelong friends and guided by spirited role models. Ramah Berkshires seeks a dynamic, experienced Farm Manager to lead our farm program. 

The Farm Manager is responsible for the full scope of farm operations and programming — from crop planning and planting schedules to running engaging, hands-on educational experiences for campers in grades 3–10. This role blends vision-setting, staff leadership, hands-on agricultural work, and immersive Jewish educational programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft programming that executes Camp's goals and values in Jewish & Israel Education
• Create special events such as farm-to-table dinners, festivals, and evening programs
• Foster a collaborative, warm, and mission-driven team culture
• Maintain the health and beauty of our farm
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of all farm spaces
• Collaborate with Camp leadership and program directors

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in an educational setting
• Experience working with youth (ages 10–18 preferred)
• Knowledge of crop planning, garden design, and tools/equipment 
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Collaborative, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced camp environment
• Experience in Jewish education and comfort integrating Jewish values and Hebrew
