PART TIME ADMISSIONS ASSOCIATE
Yavneh Day School is a K-8 independent school located in Los Gatos looking for a part-time Admissions Associate.
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Admission Associate works closely with school leadership to build enrollment. He/She is responsible for recruitment initiatives for the school, and also supervises the application and admissions process for incoming students. This process entails communicating extensively with schools, families, prospective students, and other constituents. This communication involves regular use of web-based tools and digital social media sites, in addition to telephone correspondence. The position reports to the Director of Operations or role designee.
ADMISSIONS RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the admissions lead.
Prepare recruitment and admissions reports periodically.
Facilitate campus visits, open houses and tours for prospective students.
Enter and update critical data in the foundation database.
Attend school recruitment fairs (including some on weekends)
Attend in school recruiting events.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a B.A. or B.S.
Prior training or experience in marketing, public relations
and/or educational administration.
Experience working with independent school or in the education sector.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Blackbaud Enrollment management, and other programs, database management, digital photo, social media and Website content management.
This is a temporary contract position that pays $2250/month. 8-15 hours a week. Runs from September 15, 2026 through May 15, 2027.
