Want to support a vibrant school community to run smoothly and thoughtfully? Join a team where your work has real impact every single day.
Pressman Academy is seeking our next Early Childhood Center Office Administrator. The Office Administrator at Pressman Academy sits at the heart of the ECC, serving as both the operational backbone and the welcoming front-facing presence for children, families, and faculty. Working closely with the ECC Director and Assistant Director, the Office Administrator is responsible for executing and maintaining the systems that allow the program to function with consistency, clarity, and professionalism. From managing communication and coordinating logistics to supporting the Director’s administrative work, this role ensures that the people around them can focus on teaching, learning, and building relationships.
Who are we?
Parents, students, and teachers call Pressman Academy their second home, and we are proud to be a school where relationships - between colleagues, with students, and in community - are at the core of what we do and who we are. Our Early Childhood Center is a joyful and nurturing environment where children begin to make sense of the world through play, hands-on experiences, and social-emotional learning. We work in close partnership with families to support each child’s growth, and we are deeply committed to creating a community where children and families feel a strong sense of belonging from the very beginning. It’s why families and staff describe the Pressman ECC experience as magical.
Who are you?
You are someone who brings both warmth and precision to your work, you are highly organized, and you take pride in creating systems that help things run smoothly. You notice what needs to be done before being asked, and you follow through consistently and thoughtfully. You are equally comfortable answering a parent’s question with care, coordinating a complex set of logistics behind the scenes, regulating a crying child who is hurt, or managing multiple teachers’ needs at once without losing your calm. You know how to communicate information efficiently while maintaining professionalism and discretion. You are comfortable working independently, but you also value being part of a team and contributing to a shared sense of purpose. Most importantly, you are someone who is looking to be part of a professional community - one where your work matters, your contributions are valued, and your presence helps make the school a better place for children and families.
What will you do?
