  • Serve as primary point of contact for key donors and funders.

Team & Operations Management

  • Manage the Development Manager, who supports grant writing, reporting, compliance, CRM administration, and donor operations.
  • Establish and maintain development systems, processes, and performance metrics appropriate for a remote organization.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of donor activity, revenue, and grant compliance.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Provide regular revenue forecasts and performance reports to the COO.

  • Demonstrated track record of raising $2M+ annually.
  • Experience closing six- and seven-figure gifts.
  • Strong working knowledge of donor pipelines, CRM systems, and fundraising metrics.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fully remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Jewish philanthropic communities and/or Jewish education funding strongly preferred.
  • Alignment with Club Z’s mission.
