Classroom Teachers

Temple B’nai Torah – A Reform Congregation, is located in Wantagh, NY. We have the largest Religious School on the south shore and are continuing to grow. We are seeking creative, dedicated, and knowledgeable individuals to join our faculty for the new year. Classroom Teachers, specifically PRE-K, Third Grade, and Sixth Grade, needed.   Interested individuals should be comfortable teaching any or all of the following subjects: Holidays, Israel, Torah/midrash, Jewish Lifecycle, Holocaust, Hebrew prayer, Hebrew decoding, Hebrew letters and vowels. Must be available on Sunday mornings. IN PERSON ONLY.  Prior teaching experience is a plus, though not required.  Special Needs awareness is a plus. $110+ per session.
